With the exception of potentially dangerous file types (ie: .exe) WriteImpactful allows for any file type.  Typically uploaded as .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .rtf,If you require a specific file type, you can talk to your talent through our messaging system to see if they are able to accommodate. If you require extremely specialized file types, you can reach out to our Service Management  team to work directly with our in-house experts to make that happen.

Yes! Revisions are sometimes required to make sure your project Matches exactly the way you pictured it.How many revisions you will need should be set out in the job agreement stage of posting a job. If you require extra revisions beyond the initial request, the talent may ask for additional payment.If you’re purchasing a package, you can purchase extra revisions for a cost. Please keep in mind that revisions involve rewriting the Text in a different way. Comprehension and  repurposing  are more time consuming and often involve a different policy.

When you purchase with WriteImpactful, you are paying for services upfront. By registering on WriteImpactful, you agree to our Terms of Service, stating that memberships, subscriptions, and services provided are non-refundable. Please note that by default, all talent memberships and client subscriptions renew automatically. If you wish to cancel your membership, please submit a cancellation request located on your profile under Account Settings/Membership/Cancel Membership. Please submit your request at least five (5) business days before your renewal date to ensure we can stop your payment before your renewal date.The Platform Fee (for talent) and Processing Fee (for clients) are non-refundable, and the talent fee is subject to the agreement between client and talent.Should a dispute occur over payment between client and talent that you cannot reconcile independently, a member of our Support Team will arbitrate and investigate the details and attempt to provide a solution. However, as outlined in our Terms of Service, WriteImpactful is not responsible or liable for disputes between client and talent. The full resolution of disputes is the responsibility of the client and talent alone.

At WriteImpactful we pride ourselves on the quality of our talent. Many of our clients recognize this and want to hire the same talent again and again. There are four easy ways to rehire talent:from the My Previously Hired Talent widget in My Home;from the Me dropdown;from Past Jobs, and;directly from the Talent profile. Previously Hired Talent When logged in you will be able to see your My Home screen. By scrolling down slightly, you'll find the "Recently Hired Writers" widget. This shows your five most recently hired talent, or you can select see all to view all previously hired talent. You can easily click "Invite to Job" to rehire them.Talent who you have purchased packages from will also appear here. Me DropdownBy hovering over your avatar in the top navigation bar, you'll be given a list of options to navigate around WriteImpactful. The 'Previously Hired Talent' option will take you to a new page listing all of the talent you've worked with previously. Past JobsIf you know the job a talent worked on, you can go to that job and scroll to the "Hired Talent" section.Alternatively, by going to the “Responses” tab, you’ll see the talent you hired at the top of the list with the option to rehire them via the “Rehire” button.Talent ProfileIf you know the name of the particular writer you want to work with again, you can go directly to their profile page and review the “You’ve Worked Together Previously” widget. From there you can click into the job to review additional information if needed before rehiring.
